Naukrofy is an independent job information platform built to make job discovery simpler, clearer and more transparent. We bring job openings, hiring updates, career information and hiring tools together in one place, so that people looking for work and organisations looking for talent can find each other without unnecessary friction.
We are not a recruitment agency and we are not the employer for third-party vacancies listed on the platform. Our role is to provide a reliable space where information about opportunities is published, searched, saved and acted upon by the people it matters to.

- Search or browse jobs, or let recommendations and alerts bring them to you.
- Apply through the platform or follow the employer’s stated application process.
- Track your applications and respond to employer messages.
For employers, businesses and colleges
- Register as a company, a small business / shop, or a college / TPO.
- Post a job or a campus drive with clear details.
- Review applicants and communicate through the platform.
- Shortlist, interview and hire using your own process.
4. Our Role and Its Limits
We want users to understand clearly what Naukrofy does and does not do:
- We publish and organise job information; we do not guarantee any job, interview, shortlist or hiring outcome.
- Vacancy details are provided by employers and other sources. We apply moderation and safety checks, but users should verify details before acting on them.
- Hiring decisions, salary, terms of employment and selection are solely between the employer and the candidate.
- We are not a party to any employment agreement formed between users.

6. Trust and Safety
A job platform is only useful if people can trust it. We take the following measures and ask our community to help us with the rest:
- Job postings and employer accounts are subject to review and moderation, and listings that break our rules can be removed.
- Security tools such as OTP verification and bot protection help protect accounts and forms.
- Users can report suspicious jobs, employers or messages to us at support@naukrofy.com.
Important: A genuine employer will never ask you to pay money for a job, an interview, a test, training, a uniform or a security deposit. If anyone asks you for money in the name of a job, do not pay and report it to us immediately.

Can small shops and local businesses post jobs?
Yes. Use the Small Business / Shop Registration option to create an account and post local vacancies.
How can colleges use Naukrofy?
Colleges and TPOs can register, post campus drives, collaborate on shared jobs and view campus analytics from the College Dashboard.
How do I delete my account or data?
